3 haircare mistakes that unknowingly damages your hair

The world is constantly evolving and our overall anatomy is in some way. Over the decades, people have become more aware of their health and appearance inside and out. Do you want to know that the silly mistakes you are making are destroying your very roots?

Being aware of your best qualities is imperative, but equally important is recognizing your mistakes. These hair care mistakes can change your lifestyle for the better and help you keep your hair healthy, shiny and hydrated. Scroll down to find your mistakes and start correcting them right away.

Mistakes when taking care of your hair you need to stop as soon as possible:

Apply shampoo directly to your scalp

The worst mistake you can make that will literally result in serious damage to your hair is to apply a little shampoo directly to your scalp. Shampoos are thick and if applied directly can leave a build-up on the scalp, leading to dry and dull hair as well as hair loss. In a cup, mix the desired amount of shampoo with water and then gently apply the diluted mixture all over the head. The shampoo and water mixture will spread evenly on the hair and wash off easily without product build-up.

    Comb through your wet hair

If you think that brushing wet hair will easily separate them without entanglement, you are wrong. When you comb through your extremely soft and wet hair, this can lead to excessive shedding and tying, which is almost self-inflicted to some extent. After drying, it can even make your hair dry and frizzy. So let them dry first, then separate your bottom first and then move up.

    Towel dry your hair

The technique of drying towels has been practiced for ages and, unfortunately, is all wrong. Tying and covering wet hair immediately with a towel and then using towel pulling techniques to dry hair is the worst way to dry hair. Instead, use a cotton or silk shirt and wrap your hair and leave it on for only 15 minutes. These fabrics help soften your hair and prevent much hair loss.
